Schedule 11A, Part 2, paragraph 75
A disclosure with a view to the institution of, or otherwise for the purposes of, disciplinary proceedings relating to the performance by a relevant lawyer, foreign lawyer, auditor, accountant, valuer or actuary of his professional duties. In this paragraph— “ foreign lawyer ” means a person (other than a relevant lawyer) who is a foreign lawyer within the meaning of section 89(9) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990; “ relevant lawyer ” means— a person who, for the purposes of the Legal Services Act 2007, is an authorised person in relation to an activity which constitutes a reserved legal activity (within the meaning of that Act), a solicitor or barrister in Northern Ireland, or a solicitor or advocate in Scotland.
