Schedule 15, Part 1, paragraph 11

Section 103(1) (interpretation of Part 6) is amended as follows. In the definition of “regulated market” for “Article 1.13 of the investment services directive” substitute “ Article 4.1(14) of Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments ”. At the appropriate place insert— “transparency rules” has the meaning given by section 89A(5); “voteholder information” has the meaning given by section 89B(3);
