Schedule 1C, paragraph 20(3)

In this Schedule, “persons acting in concert” means persons who co-operate with the offeror or the offeree company on the basis of an agreement or understanding aimed at— acquiring control of the offeree company, or frustrating the successful outcome of a takeover bid.
