Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 1

The members and officers of each of the Departments constituted by section 1(1) of the Government Departments Act 1987 (an Act of Tynwald: c. 13). In sub-paragraph (1) “ member ” has the same meaning as it has by virtue of section 7(1) of that Act.
