Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 17(2)

In sub-paragraph (1) “ public servant ” means— an officer or employee of the Crown, or an officer or employee of any public or other authority for the time being designated for the purposes of this paragraph by order made by the Council of Ministers of the Isle of Man.
