Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 53(2)

In sub-paragraph (1) “ public servant ” means— an officer or employee of the Crown, or an officer or employee of any public or other authority for the time being designated for the purposes of this paragraph by the Secretary of State by order subject to negative resolution procedure.
