A disclosure with a view to the institution of, or otherwise for the purposes of, disciplinary proceedings relating to the performance by a public servant of their duties. In sub-paragraph (1) “ public servant ” means— an officer or employee of the Crown, a member, officer or employee of the States of Guernsey, a member, officer or employee of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, or any person exercising public functions who is declared by regulations of the Commerce and Employment Department to be a public servant for the purposes of paragraph 17 of Schedule 6 to the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008.
