Schedule 5, Part 4, paragraph 14(1)

The company must make the document or information available on the website throughout— the period specified by any applicable provision of the Companies Acts, or if no such period is specified, the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the notification required under paragraph 13 is sent to the person in question.
