Section 1126(3)

No such proceedings are to be brought in Northern Ireland except by or with the consent of— in the case of an offence under— the Secretary of State or the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland; section 458, 460 or 949 of this Act, section 953 of this Act, ... section 448, 449, 450, 451 or 453A of the Companies Act 1985, or section 1112 or 1112A of this Act, in the case of an offence under section 798 of , or paragraph 5 or 6 of Schedule 1B to, this Act or section 455 of the Companies Act 1985, the Secretary of State.
