Section 1154(2)

The notice must be given— in the case of appointment of a judicial factor, by the judicial factor; in the case of appointment of an interim manager under section 76 of the Charities Act 2011or section 33 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 , by the Charity Commission; in the case of appointment of a receiver or manager under section 33 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland; in the case of appointment of a manager under section 47 of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004, by the Regulator of Community Interest Companies.
