A company guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction— in a case within subsection (5)(a) or (7)(a) or (b), to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, and in a case within subsection (5)(b) or (7)(c), to a fine not exceeding one-tenth of level 5 on the standard scaleone-tenth of the greater of £5,000 or level 4 on the standard scale for each day on which the failure continues.
