Section 1275(3)

After subsection (3) insert— The following persons are within this subsection— the administrators of a public service pension scheme (within the meaning of section 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993); the trustees or managers of an occupational or personal pension scheme (within the meaning of that section).
