Section 148(7)

Where the company— the nomination ceases to have effect at the end of that period. enquires of a nominated person whether he wishes to retain information rights, and does not receive a response within the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the company's enquiry was sent, Such an enquiry is not to be made of a person more than once in any twelve-month period.
