Section 167H

A company must give notice to the registrar of any change in the required information about a director (see sections 167J and 167K). The notice must specify the date on which the change occurred. A notice under this section must be given within the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the change occurs. Where a company gives notice of a change of a director’s service address but not their residential address, the notice must contain a statement that the residential address is unchanged.
