A traded company must ensure that the following information relating to a general meeting of the company is made available on a website— the matters set out in the notice of the meeting; the total numbers of— in respect of which members are entitled to exercise voting rights at the meeting; shares in the company, and shares of each class, the totals of the voting rights that members are entitled to exercise at the meeting in respect of the shares of each class; members' statements, members' resolutions and members' matters of business received by the company after the first date on which notice of the meeting is given.
