Section 333A(4)

In this section— documents relating to proxies include— the appointment of a proxy for a meeting, any document necessary to show the validity of, or otherwise relating to, the appointment of a proxy, and notice of the termination of the authority of a proxy; “ electronic address ” has the meaning given by section 333(4).
