Section 74(4)

If on appeal the court— the court may (as the case may require) specify the date by which the adjudicator's order is to be complied with, remit the matter to the adjudicator or make any order or determination that the adjudicator might have made. affirms the decision of the adjudicator to uphold the application, or reverses the decision of the adjudicator to dismiss the application,
