Section 76A(1)

The Secretary of State may direct a company to change its name if it appears to the Secretary of State that the name has been used, or is intended to be used, by the company to facilitate— the commission of an offence involving dishonesty or deception, or the carrying out of conduct that, if carried out in any part of the United Kingdom, would amount to such an offence.
