A company must notify the registrar if a person fails to comply with a notice given by the company under section 790D, 790DA, 790E or 790EA within the period specified in it. The notice must state the day on which the period mentioned in subsection (1) ends. Where a company notifies the registrar that a person has failed to comply with a notice given by the company under section 790E or 790EA, the notice must state the person’s name. The notice must be given within the period of 14 days beginning with the end of the period specified in the notice under section 790D, 790DA, 790E or 790EA. In this section “name”, in relation to an individual, means their forename and surname.
