Section 790ED

A company that has issued a restrictions notice under paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 1B must notify the registrar. The notice must state the date on which the restrictions notice was given. The notice must be given within the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the restrictions notice was given. In this section “restrictions notice” has the meaning given in paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 1B.
