Section 790EE

A company that has given a withdrawal notice must notify the registrar. The notice must state the date on which the withdrawal notice was given. The notice must be given within the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the withdrawal notice was given. In this section “withdrawal notice” means a notice given by a company under paragraph 11 of Schedule 1B.
