Section 790G(1)

This section applies to a person if— the person knows that they are a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to a company, the material in the register that is available for public inspection does not indicate the person’s status as a registrable person or registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company, and the person— has not informed the company of the person’s status as a registrable person or registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company, or has not given the company all of the required particulars of the person (see section 790K).
