In this section— “pre-incorporation change” means a change that occurred— after the application for the registration of the company was delivered to the registrar, but before the company was incorporated; “proposed PSC”, in relation to a company, means a person who was named in a statement under section 12A(1)(a) as a person who would, on the company’s incorporation, become a registrable person or registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company.
