Section 790LH(4)

A company is not required to give a notice under this section if— the application for the registration of the company contained a statement of initial significant control stating that, on incorporation, there was no person who would become a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company, and the company has no cause to believe that at any time since its incorporation any person has become a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company.
