Section 859J

Where a company is acting as trustee of property or undertaking which is the subject of a charge delivered for registration under this Chapter, the company or any person interested in the charge may deliver to the registrar a statement to that effect. A statement delivered after the delivery for registration of the charge must include— the registered name and number of the company; and the unique reference code allocated to the charge.
