Section 859N(1)

Subsection (2) applies if the court is satisfied that— a copy of an instrument or debenture delivered to the registrar under this Chapter contains material which could have been omitted under section 859G; the wrong instrument or debenture was delivered to the registrar; or the copy was defective.
