Section 950(1)

The Panel must take such steps as it considers appropriate to co-operate with— the Financial Conduct Authority; the Prudential Regulation Authority; the Bank of England; . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . any other person or body that exercises functions of a public nature, under legislation in any country or territory outside the United Kingdom, that appear to the Panel to be similar to its own functions or those of the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority or similar to the regulatory functions of the Bank of England.
