Schedule 1, paragraph 13

The Committee must, if required to do so by the national authorities— pay such pensions, gratuities or allowances as the national authorities may determine to or in respect of any employee or former employee, or pay such sums as the national authorities may determine towards provision for the payment of pensions, gratuities or allowances to or in respect of any employee or former employee.
