Schedule 1, paragraph 15

The Committee may establish sub-committees. A sub-committee may include persons who are not members of the Committee. The Committee may pay such remuneration and allowances as the national authorities may determine to any person who— is a member of a sub-committee, but is not a member of the Committee. This paragraph does not apply in relation to the Adaptation Sub-Committee.
