Schedule 1, paragraph 21

The application of the Committee's seal must be authenticated by the signature of— a member of the Committee who is authorised (generally or specially) for that purpose, or an employee who is so authorised. A document purporting to be duly executed under the seal of the Committee or to be signed on behalf of the Committee shall be received in evidence and treated as so executed or signed unless the contrary is shown. This paragraph does not apply in relation to Scotland.
