Schedule 1, paragraph 22

For each financial year the Committee must— prepare an annual report on the discharge of its functions during the year, and send a copy to the national authorities within such period as the national authorities may direct. A copy of each report received under this paragraph must be laid— by the Secretary of State before Parliament, by the Scottish Ministers before the Scottish Parliament, by the Welsh Ministers before the National Assembly for Wales, and by the relevant Northern Ireland department before the Northern Ireland Assembly.
