Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 14(5)

The regulations may, in particular, make provision— for activities to be measured by reference to the amount (in tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent) of the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, or removals of greenhouse gas from the atmosphere, for which those activities are to be regarded as responsible; and as to the method by which that amount is to be measured or calculated.
