Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 24(6)

The relevant national authority must lay a copy of a review under this paragraph before— Parliament (where the relevant national authority is the Secretary of State); the National Assembly for Wales (where the relevant national authority is the Welsh Ministers); the Northern Ireland Assembly (where the relevant national authority is the Department of the Environment in Northern Ireland).
