Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 26(2)

In sub-paragraph (1) “relevant Fund” means— in a case where the administrator has functions only in relation to Wales, the Welsh Consolidated Fund, in a case where the administrator has functions only in relation to Northern Ireland, the Northern Ireland Consolidated Fund, and in any other case, the Consolidated Fund.
