Schedule 7, paragraph 2(1)

The Secretary of State may by order— appoint a person as the Administrator (“the new Administrator”) in place of a person previously so appointed by order under this Chapter (“the old Administrator”), and provide for the transfer of the functions of the old Administrator to the new Administrator.
