Schedule 7, paragraph 5(7)

Sums received by the Administrator by virtue of this section— where the Administrator is the Secretary of State, must be paid into the Consolidated Fund, and otherwise, must be paid to the Secretary of State, who must pay them into the Consolidated Fund.
