Section 24(1)

In this Part a “targeted greenhouse gas” means— carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, sulphur hexafluoride, and any other greenhouse gas designated as a targeted greenhouse gas by order made by the Secretary of State.
