Section 38(1)

The Committee must, at the request of a national authority, provide advice, analysis, information or other assistance to the authority in connection with— the authority's functions under this Act, the progress made towards meeting the objectives set by or under this Act, adaptation to climate change, or any other matter relating to climate change.
