Section 99(2)

The following provisions of this Act extend to England and Wales only— sections 71 to 75 and Schedule 5 (waste reduction schemes); section 76 (collection of household waste); section 81 (climate change measures reports in Wales); section 88 (fines for offences relating to pollution).
