Section 101(7)

After the removal of the nominated members under section 100(6)(c) the PRA, the FCA and the Bank of England— may attend meetings of the liquidation committee, are entitled to copies of documents relating to the liquidation committee's business, may make representations to the liquidation committee, and may participate in legal proceedings relating to the bank insolvency.
