Before making a proposal the bank liquidator— shall present a final report on the bank liquidation to the liquidation committee, shall send a copy of the report to— the PRA, the FCA, the FSCS, the Bank of England, the Treasury, and the registrar of companies, and shall make the report available to members, creditors and contributories on request.
