Section 129

Provisions of or by virtue of this Part are “insolvency law” for the purposes of section 426 of the Insolvency Act 1986(co-operation between courts). At the end of that section add— Section 129 of the Banking Act 2009 provides for provisions of that Act about bank insolvency to be “insolvency law” for the purposes of this section.
