Section 12(5)

An onward bridge bank— is a bridge bank for the purposes of— subsections (3) to (3B), section 8ZA(3)(b), section 12ZA(1)(b) and (2)(c), section 77, section 79, and section 80(5), but is not a bridge bank for the purposes of— section 30(1), section 43(1), or section 80(1).
