Section 221(2)

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable— on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years, to a fine or to both, or on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to both.
