Section 234(4)

Investment bank insolvency regulations may make provision about the relationship between a procedure established by the regulations and— liquidation or administration under the Insolvency Act 1986, bank insolvency or bank administration under Part 2 or 3 of this Act, and provision made by or under any other enactment in connection with insolvency.
