Section 234(8)

Investment bank insolvency regulations may confer functions on— a court or tribunal, the Prudential Regulation Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (established under Part 15 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000), the scheme manager of that Scheme, and any other specified person.
