Section 242(3)

In paragraph 13 of Schedule 1 (court of directors: proceedings)— omit sub-paragraph (2), in sub-paragraph (6) for “(2)” substitute “ (3) ”, and at the end of sub-paragraph (6) add “ (including quorum) ”.
