Section 252(2)

The reference in subsection (1) to Part 25 of the Companies Act 2006 includes a reference to— Part 12 of the Companies Act 1985 (which has effect until the commencement of Part 25 of the 2006 Act), Part 13 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (which has effect until the commencement of Part 25 of the 2006 Act), and any provision about registration of charges made under section 1052 of the Companies Act 2006 (overseas companies).
