Section 68(4)

Subsection (2) may be relied on to impose obligations on— the bank, anything which is or was a group undertaking (within the meaning of section 1161(5) of the Companies Act 2006) of the bank, anything which is or was a group undertaking of the residual bank (in a case to which subsection (1)(b) applies), or any combination.
