Section 73

This section applies to— mandatory reduction instruments, share transfer orders, share transfer instruments, ... property transfer instruments, ... resolution instruments, and third-country instruments. An order or instrument may include provision for disputes to be determined in a specified manner. Provision by virtue of subsection (2) may, in particular— confer jurisdiction on a court or tribunal; confer discretion on a specified person.
